He moved from one state to the next in a quest for the perfect job...that of course, being the one that allowed him to make his own hours and gave raises based on HIS overspending. It was beginning to seem like an exercise in futility, until one day he found himself in Austin, Texas. Finally - a town with the cosmopolitan appeal of San Francisco, but the down-home quality of Nashville. Surely the dream job was here! After all, hadn't he suffered long enough?
Alas, after several promising newspaper ads proved tragically misleading, things did indeed seem bleak. But even in the face of such dire adversity, the down-trodden creative soldier wouldn't succomb to defeat. Instead he persisted; and after much personal sacrifice, eventually prevailed! He did indeed find the perfect job and the perfect boss. The poor, brow-beaten, under-paid graphic designer found that the answer was right in front of him the whole time!
Basically, I couldn't find a real job, so I work for myself...
